Compliance
Effective Date: February 5, 2026
1. Privacy & data protection
We aim to follow widely-recognized privacy principles: transparency, data minimization, purpose limitation, security safeguards, and user rights where applicable.
- We describe what we collect, why, and how we use it in our Privacy Policy.
- We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
- If you are in a jurisdiction that provides specific rights (e.g., access, deletion, correction, portability, objection), you can contact us to request them (subject to legal limits and verification).
2. YouTube / Google API Services compliance
LovSEO may use YouTube and Google API Services to provide certain features (for example, channel insights, optimization tools, and related analytics).
- By using features that access YouTube/Google APIs, you agree to be bound by the applicable YouTube Terms of Service and Google policies.
- If you connect a Google account, you can revoke access at any time through your Google Account security settings (Third-party access / connected apps).
- We only request scopes/permissions needed for the feature you choose to use, and we aim to limit retention of API data to what is necessary for the service.
3. Payments, billing, taxes, and processors
Paid subscriptions and transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers (including Stripe, PayPal, and regional gateways for Pakistan and India where available). Payment processors handle sensitive payment details under their own terms and privacy policies.
- You are responsible for accurate billing information, and for any applicable taxes, duties, VAT/GST, or bank charges imposed by your jurisdiction or payment provider.
- Chargebacks, disputes, or fraud investigations may result in account restrictions to protect LovSEO and users.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Terms and any plan-specific refund policy displayed at checkout.
4. Acceptable use, anti-fraud, and abuse prevention
We work to prevent abuse, spam, automated misuse, and fraudulent activity. We may suspend or limit accounts when our systems detect behavior that appears unsafe or violates our policies.
- Do not attempt to break, probe, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
- Do not use LovSEO to violate platform rules (YouTube, Google, TikTok, etc.) or local laws.
- We may rate-limit usage, enforce plan limits, and use anti-abuse checks (including for contact forms and signups).
5. Intellectual property, trademarks, and fair use
LovSEO and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks (including YouTube, Google, Stripe, PayPal, and others) belong to their respective owners.
- Our tools may generate suggestions (titles, descriptions, tags, scripts). You are responsible for how you use them, and for ensuring your content does not infringe others’ rights.
- We respond to valid copyright and intellectual property complaints and may remove content or suspend repeat infringers where appropriate.
6. International use & legal limitations
LovSEO is available internationally, but laws differ by location. We do not promise that every feature will be lawful or available in every country at all times. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with your local laws and platform rules.
- If a jurisdiction requires additional disclosures, restrictions, or consent flows, we may implement region-specific changes (or disable certain features) to comply.
- We may restrict access in sanctioned regions or where legally required.
7. Security practices
We apply technical and organizational measures designed to protect our systems and users. For details and reporting security issues, see Security.
