Privacy Policy
Effective Date: February 5, 2026
Privacy and security are top priorities.
LovSEO is built to help creators grow with YouTube SEO, analytics, and AI tools. Privacy laws around the world are complicated, and so are humans, so this policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have.
If you have questions, contact support@lovseo.com.
1. Scope and acceptance
This Privacy Policy describes how LovSEO ("LovSEO", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, processes, stores, and shares information when you access or use our websites, apps, software, APIs, tools, extensions (if any), and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, signing in, subscribing, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described here. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Note: Some Terms of Service clauses (like arbitration, class action waiver, limitations of liability) are in Terms of Service, not in this Privacy Policy.
2. Global privacy laws and compliance
LovSEO operates globally. Depending on where you live, privacy laws may apply, including (without limitation): GDPR (EU/EEA), UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA (California), PIPEDA (Canada), and other national or regional privacy laws. Where legally required, LovSEO provides appropriate notices, contractual protections, and user rights mechanisms.
If a local law requires something stronger than this policy, we will follow that local requirement for users in that region.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide
- Account details (name, email, country/region, profile preferences)
- Login details (identity provider like Google OAuth, session identifiers)
- Subscription selection and plan preferences
- Support messages, feedback, and communications
- Business information if you subscribe for a team or enterprise plan
3.2 Automatically collected information
Like most online services, we automatically collect certain technical and usage data to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
- IP address and approximate location derived from IP (city/region-level, not GPS unless you allow it)
- Device and browser information (type, OS, language, user agent)
- Pages viewed, actions taken, clicks, feature usage, timestamps
- Referral URLs, campaign parameters, and basic diagnostic logs
- Security events (failed logins, suspicious activity indicators)
3.3 Integrations (YouTube/Google and others)
If you connect YouTube/Google or other platforms, we may receive data that you authorize us to access, such as channel metadata, public statistics, and performance signals. We only access data necessary to provide the features you use and only with your permission where required.
You can revoke access via your Google Account security settings and/or inside your LovSEO account settings.
3.4 Payment and billing information
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, not by LovSEO directly. We receive billing status information (for example, successful payment, subscription active, refunds, chargebacks) but we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- Stripe (cards, subscriptions, invoicing)
- PayPal (PayPal wallet, cards where supported)
- Pakistan gateways (examples: JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfers, other PSPs)
- India gateways (examples: UPI, Razorpay, Paytm, PhonePe, other PSPs)
Each processor has its own rules, compliance standards, and privacy practices. Your payments are subject to those providers’ terms and privacy policies. LovSEO is not responsible for the independent practices of payment processors.
4. Cookies, pixels, and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs) for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, and advertising measurement.
Essential cookies help you sign in and keep the Services secure.
Analytics cookies help us understand usage and improve performance.
Advertising/measurement cookies help measure campaigns and show more relevant ads where enabled.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you block cookies, some features (especially login) may not work correctly.
Do Not Track: browsers and standards vary. We may not respond to all DNT signals.
5. How we use information
We use information for legitimate business purposes including:
- Providing, operating, and maintaining the Services
- Creating and managing accounts and subscriptions
- Authentication, fraud prevention, abuse detection, and platform security
- Customer support and communications (service notices, critical updates)
- Product improvement, debugging, analytics, and research
- Marketing and promotions (where permitted by law and based on your preferences)
- Legal compliance, dispute handling, and enforcement of our terms
6. Sharing and disclosures
We do not sell personal information. We may share information in the following cases:
- Service providers (hosting, analytics, monitoring, support tooling, email delivery) under contracts that restrict use to providing services to LovSEO.
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, and regional gateways) for billing and fraud prevention.
- Legal and safety where required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business transfers (merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring) subject to confidentiality and lawful notice requirements.
7. External links and third-party platforms
The Services may link to third-party websites or platforms (including social media). Their practices are governed by their own policies. LovSEO is not responsible for third-party content, security, or privacy practices.
LovSEO is not affiliated with YouTube or Google. All trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners.
8. Data retention
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. We may keep certain logs longer for security and fraud prevention.
9. International data transfers
LovSEO may process information in Canada and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Data protection laws may differ by country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers (such as contractual protections and security measures).
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Some rights are subject to verification and lawful exceptions.
To request privacy actions, email: privacy@lovseo.com
We may require identity verification to protect your account and prevent fraud. Requests may be limited where legally permitted.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards (encryption where appropriate, access controls, monitoring, and secure infrastructure). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
12. Important disclaimers
LovSEO provides tools and insights. We do not guarantee outcomes, rankings, growth, revenue, monetization approval, or protection from platform enforcement actions. Platform rules change. Algorithms change. Humans change their minds constantly.
For legal protections (limitation of liability, arbitration/class action waiver, venue, and indemnification), please review our Terms of Service.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
