Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 5, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you”, “your”) and LovSEO (“LovSEO”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our websites, apps, tools, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

1. Changes to the Services and Terms

We may update the Services and/or these Terms at any time. Changes may include adding or removing features, modifying limits, changing pricing, or updating legal language.

If we make material changes, we may provide notice by posting an updated version on this page and updating the Effective Date, and where appropriate, by email or in-product notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

2. Eligibility and authority

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
  • If you use the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent you have authority to bind that entity.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and platform policies (including YouTube/Google policies if connected).

3. Accounts, security, and authentication

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

  • You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access or security incidents.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear compromised or used for fraud/abuse.
  • We may support third-party sign-in (e.g., Google). Your relationship with that provider is governed by their terms.

4. YouTube API Services and third-party platforms

The Services may use YouTube API Services and/or Google services. By using features that access YouTube/Google data, you agree to be bound by applicable YouTube and Google terms and policies, including YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

LovSEO is not affiliated with YouTube, Google, or any third-party platform. Trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.

Third-party platforms change rules, APIs, and enforcement behavior. We do not control them and are not responsible for platform actions (including strikes, removals, demonetization, access revocations, or account bans).

5. Subscriptions, plans, and limits

Some features require a paid plan. Plan features, usage limits, and pricing are described on our pricing pages and/or inside the product. Plan limits may include (for example) daily usage caps, channel limits, or feature access. Limits may vary by plan and region.

We may change plans or limits to prevent abuse, maintain performance, comply with law/platform rules, or improve the Services.

6. Payments, billing, and taxes

If you purchase a subscription or paid feature, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method, including applicable taxes and fees. You are responsible for any taxes required in your jurisdiction.

Payment processors

Payments may be processed by third parties (for example, Stripe and PayPal) and we may also offer regional payment options in Pakistan and India through local payment service providers (PSPs) such as bank transfer rails, wallet providers, or gateway partners. These processors operate under their own terms and privacy policies and may require additional verification.

We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. We may receive billing status and identifiers needed to manage subscriptions, refunds, disputes, and compliance.

If your payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is successfully processed. If you have chargebacks or payment disputes, we may suspend or terminate your account and restrict future purchases.

7. Auto-renewal, cancellation, and downgrades

Subscriptions may auto-renew (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before the renewal date. When you cancel, you generally keep access until the end of your current paid period, unless otherwise stated for specific offers or regions.

Downgrades may reduce features immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle, depending on your plan and the feature.

8. Refund policy

Unless required by applicable law, purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we may offer a refund window for certain plans, regions, or first-time purchases as described at checkout or in the plan details.

  • If a refund window applies, requests must be made within that window and may require verification of the account and purchase.
  • Refunds may be denied for abuse, fraud, repeated refund requests, chargeback history, or excessive usage inconsistent with trial evaluation.
  • Payment processor fees, currency conversion differences, and taxes may affect the net refund amount where permitted by law.

For refund requests, contact billing@lovseo.com.

9. Acceptable use and prohibited activities

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, APIs, or data.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by law.
  • Use bots, scrapers, automation, or abusive traffic that harms the Services, unless explicitly permitted by us in writing.
  • Bypass or attempt to bypass usage limits, authentication, paywalls, or security controls.
  • Upload or transmit malware, malicious code, or harmful content.
  • Use the Services to violate platform policies, laws, or third-party rights (including copyright, privacy, publicity rights).
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate others, or misrepresent affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Perform unauthorized security testing, vulnerability scanning, or penetration testing.

10. Security testing and “bug bounty” policy

LovSEO does not offer bug bounties, payments, or rewards for unsolicited vulnerability reports unless we explicitly announce a program in writing. Unauthorized scanning, testing, or exploitation attempts are prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

If you believe you found a security issue, you may report it to security@lovseo.com.

11. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and underlying technology, are owned by LovSEO or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your internal/business or personal purposes as permitted by your plan, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works of the Services except as explicitly permitted.

12. Your content and permissions

You may provide inputs (keywords, titles, descriptions, notes, uploaded files, channel data you authorize) (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant LovSEO a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display User Content solely to operate and provide the Services, improve features, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

You represent you have rights and permissions to provide User Content and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights.

13. Copyright and DMCA-style notices

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice to: dmca@lovseo.com

Your notice should include: (a) your signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it is located; (d) your contact info; (e) a good faith statement; and (f) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

If your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with required legal statements and consent to jurisdiction as applicable. We may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or virus-free operation. We do not guarantee results, rankings, monetization, growth, revenue, or outcomes. Platform policies and algorithms change.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LovSEO and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of: (a) USD $100 or (b) the amount you paid to LovSEO for the Services in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LovSEO and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services, (b) your User Content, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

17. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, used the Services for fraud/abuse, caused risk to the platform, or if required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. Sections intended to survive will survive, including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and general provisions.

18. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, outages, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, or major platform/API disruptions.

19. Electronic communications

By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us (for example, service notices, billing messages, security alerts, and policy updates). These communications satisfy legal notice requirements where permitted by law.

20. Dispute resolution, arbitration, and class action waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

Except where prohibited by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration, not in court. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis.

No class actions: You and LovSEO agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Arbitration location/seat (where allowed): Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The arbitrator may award only remedies permitted by law and consistent with these Terms, and may not award damages excluded by these Terms.

If arbitration or class waivers are not enforceable in your jurisdiction, then disputes will be handled in the courts described in Section 21, to the extent allowed by law.

21. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the arbitration section and to the extent permitted by law, you agree that exclusive venue for disputes will be the courts located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

22. General provisions

  • Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign as part of business changes.
  • Entire agreement: These Terms and referenced policies are the complete agreement regarding the Services.
  • Headings: Headings are for convenience only.
